Supply-chain improvement research

Incoterms are the map. The field still changes the cost.

incoterms.id is Gian Geralcus's open research notebook on minor supply-chain problems, practical logistics solutions, and the gap between Incoterms theory and field practice in Indonesia.

Incoterms can define responsibility on paper, but the real shipment is shaped by roads, ports, documentation habits, handoff quality, vehicle condition, fuel exposure, and timing pressure.

The research approach is to reverse engineer the supply chain piece by piece, from seller preparation to buyer delivery, so small frictions, downstream effects, and possible solutions can be understood more clearly.
